Trolley serial number (what is this?) *

The Serial Number will start with the letters ‘MC'. For S-Series & M-Series 28V, the number is located on the underside of the battery tray/frame. For M-Series 12V, the number is located inside the device cradle compartment. For push trolleys, the number is located inside the accessory compartment.

The Manufacturer Number starts with ‘T’ & is etched into the plastic. For S-Series & M-Series 12V, it is located underneath the trolley towards the front wheel. For M-Series 28V, it is visible when folded near the handle. Motocaddy push trolleys do not have a Manufacturer Number - please leave field empty.

Battery serial number (what is this?)

The Lead-acid battery serial number is located inside the bag on top of the battery. The Lithium battery serial number is located on the underside of the battery and is the number underneath the barcode. The same number is also etched into the battery casing.
