Trolley serial number (what is this?) *

The Serial Number will be a combination of letters and numbers. For S-Series & M-Series 28V, the number is located on the underside of the battery tray/frame. For M-Series 12V, the number is located inside the device cradle compartment. For push trolleys, the number is located inside the accessory compartment.

Trolley manufacturer number (what is this?)

The Manufacturer Number starts with ‘T’ & is either on a silver sticker or etched into the plastic. For S-Series & M-Series 28V, To find this number, fold the trolley to expose the manufacturer number. It is located on the trolley frame where the frame meets the body of the trolley. For S-Series & M-Series 12V, it is located underneath the trolley towards the front wheel. Motocaddy push trolleys do not have a Manufacturer Number - please leave field empty.

Battery serial number (what is this?)

The Lead-acid battery serial number is located inside the bag on top of the battery. The Lithium battery serial number is located on the underside of the battery and is the number underneath the barcode. The same number is also etched into the battery casing.
